供给切取皮片移植的部位。从理论上说，人体各个部位均可以取皮移植。但一般情况下都不应在面部、手部、关节部取皮移植。头皮、阴阜、阴囊、臀部及足底血循环较好，皮肤较厚或毛囊较多，切取刃厚皮片后可于7d左右愈合，在大面积深度烧伤时，这些部位可以反复供皮，成为天然自体皮皮库。大面积深度烧伤自体皮源高度不足时，可以在经植皮治愈的Ⅲ度创面上取皮移植。由于刚愈合的创面皮肤菲薄、取刃厚皮片后创面已为Ⅲ度创面，所以要把取下之皮片的1/3～1/4回植于供皮区。这样可增加自体皮的来源。
