造血干细胞刺激因子
hemopoietic sti?mulating factor,CSF

诱导辅助细胞释放CSF,进而活化干细胞,可明显升高白细胞水平,用基因重组产生的CSF-1可活化巨噬细胞杀肿瘤活性,刺激单核细胞产生干扰素,肿瘤坏死因子可刺激造血细胞增生,促进细胞成熟和功能活化等,有临床应用价值。
