恶性滋养细胞肿瘤终止化疗的指征
恶性滋养细胞肿瘤经过化疗后，由于目前尚无很好方法测出体内有无残存瘤细胞、HCG放射免疫测定虽然比较灵敏，但也很难达到查出少量残存瘤细胞的目的，为此，治疗持续到达临床完全恢复的标准(即肺及子宫内转移灶完全消失，血或尿内HCG正常，临床无症状)，还需再巩固1～2个疗程，方可停药观察，病情无变化才能出院，以后继续随访。
