nephroblastoma,Wil?ms tumor
又称Wilms瘤。来自肾胚胎组织的恶性肿瘤。多见于3岁以下儿童。肿瘤从肾胚基芽细胞发展而成。故其中含有多种组织,如上皮细胞、结缔组织、肌肉、骨骼等。常有早期血行转移。腹部包块常为幼儿惟一症状,故易被延误治疗。尿路造影,B型超声检查及CT扫描可明确诊断。应与先天性肾积水鉴别。治疗以手术切除为主,辅以放射治疗,可以提高手术切除率和术后存活率。
