膀胱穿刺术
bladder puncture
用穿刺针经耻骨联合上方刺入膀胱抽取尿液的一种治疗技术。主要用于因尿道狭窄或前列腺肿大引起的尿潴留而导尿失败，又无条件行膀胱引流术者。另外对诊断困难的泌尿系感染者，也可有选择地膀胱穿刺取尿作细菌培养，在帮助诊断上意义极大。膀胱穿刺一般安全，但仍有可能发生血尿、尿外溢或感染，应予注意。
