肝细胞癌生长方式之一。肿瘤细胞浸润性地长入邻近的肝窦中,且压迫肝细胞索,有时肿瘤内最终残留萎缩的肝细胞索和肝细胞。用嗜银染色可见网状纤维集聚在肝细胞消亡处,并且出现网状支架的异常凌乱。
