子宫内膜癌病理分级
对子宫内膜癌的病理分级传统方法是采用1970年国际妇产科联合会(FIGO)提出的三级分法。G1为高分化癌；G2为中分化癌，有腺样和实性成分；G3为低分化癌，实性，无腺体形成。1988年FIGO对传统的分级方法进行了改进，明确提出依据肿瘤的结构(病变内实性部分的比例)和细胞核异型性的程度进行病理分级。肿瘤的结构特征分级为：G1(高分化)：癌组织的实性部分≤5%；G2(中分化)：癌组织的实性部分占5%～50%；G3(低分化)：癌组织实性部分＞50%。肿瘤细胞核的异型程度分级：G1：细胞核长圆形，染色质及核仁变化轻微，偶见核分裂；G3：细胞核圆形，不规则增大，核仁明显，嗜酸性，核分裂多见；G2：细胞核的异型性程度介于G1和G3之间。按FIGO新的分级方法，当细胞核异型性的程度超过组织结构分级时，肿瘤的病理分级升高一级。浆液性腺癌、透明细胞癌和鳞状细胞癌均以细胞核异型性程度分级，腺癌伴鳞状上皮分化时，按腺体成分进行病理分级。
