Findings include: the income paid to doctors by public hospitals is some how averagely; pursuing part-time medical jobs (or Dual Practice) contributes to those doctors income; dual practice has some comparative high requirements on doctors, such as senior technical post and more clinical experience.

The purpose to investigate into the present situation of vocational medical students humanities quality is to seek the constructing mode of the students humanities quality,and then take effective measures to develop the potential of their humanities quality,and promote their overall quality.

Based on the introduction of the teaching mode which highlights problem-based teaching method,the author aims to discuss the application of problem-based teaching method in the development of autonomous learning ability of vocational medical students.
