多结节性甲状腺肿伴甲亢
又称"毒性多结节性甲状腺肿"、"Plummer病"，"结节性甲状腺功能亢进症"。为甲状腺功能亢进的一种类型。多见于老年人，病因不明。常有多年单纯性甲状腺肿历史，一般在40～50岁以上才出现甲亢症状。症状较轻，突眼罕见，但某一器官，尤其是心血管系统可以有突出的症状，以心律失常多见。甲状腺局部呈多个结节肿大。治疗为手术、药物。
