| 韧带损伤 ligament，injury of 韧带抗拉力强，并具有一定的弹性，其功能为维持关节的稳定，并限制其超越生理范围的活动。非生理性暴力活动时，牵拉韧带超过其耐受时即发生韧带损伤。部分损伤时称为捩伤，完全断裂时可撕脱其附着部位的骨质，甚至引起半脱位或全脱位。临床表现为局部肿痛、压痛或关节不稳定 ，向暴力方向牵拉时疼痛加剧。治疗不当有可能发生不稳定或创伤性关节炎。治疗的原则是确切诊断，早期处理，全面修复。一部分损伤可直接修复，严重者需以临近的肌腱、筋腱等组织转移修复。 |
