补充资料：鲜益母草滚瘦肉汤
材料：鲜益母草（菜市场或超市有售）500克、猪瘦肉150克、生姜3片。
烹制：鲜益母草洗净，可切段；猪瘦肉洗净、剁为碎状，用少许生粉、生抽、生油拌腌。于镬中加入姜和清水1250毫升（约5碗量），武火滚沸后，下益母草，滚后下猪瘦肉，至熟调入适量食盐和生油便可，此汤不宜滚沸时间过长，要保持新鲜嫩绿，此为3~4人量。
作为中药的益母草是一味活血调经，行血散瘀的妇科用药，但近年发现它有改善冠脉循环、抑制血小板聚集和降低血液黏度等作用。用其鲜品为蔬菜，有清甜爽口的特点，潮汕
菜馆现常以它为菜式。以它滚猪瘦肉汤有清腻滞、降血脂、益心肺的作用。
