| 梅核气 以咽喉中常有异物感如梅核阻于喉头，咯之不出，咽之不下，但不影响进食为特征的病证。多发生于女性。相当于西医的神经官能症或癔球。梅核气多由情志不畅，肝气郁结，循经上逆，结于咽喉；或肝郁脾滞，津液不得输布成痰，痰气结于咽喉引起。患者自觉咽喉中有异物感，无疼痛，咯之不出，咽之不下，不碍饮食，时轻时重，伴精神抑郁，胸胁胀痛，纳呆，困倦，消瘦，妇女月经不调，舌暗，脉弦。治宜疏肝解郁，消痰散结，方用半夏厚朴汤、逍遥散等。 |
