尿道阴道瘘
尿道与阴道间有瘘道相通。根据损伤的范围不同，又可分为：①单纯尿道阴道瘘，瘘孔直径在1cm以内者；②尿道横断：尿道缺损直径在1cm以上，两断端完全分离，有些尚可能并发尿道外侧断端闭锁；③尿道完全缺失：整个尿道缺失，仅遗留有尿道前壁残痕；④尿道纵裂，尿道后壁沿尿道长轴纵形裂开，但后壁组织缺失较少。根据纵裂的程度不同又可分为完全纵裂和部分纵裂两种。尿道阴道瘘均需手术治疗。对结核性尿瘘应先抗痨治疗，瘘孔极小者可能自愈，不能自愈者必须在结核类炎症控制后再考虑手术治疗，癌肿溃破引起的尿瘘无法手术治疗，放射治疗后引起的尿瘘手术修补的疗效极差，往往需行尿流改道术。
