Methods: The contrast-enhanced T1-weighted MR scanning was performed in 59 patients with breast neoplasms.
结论:T1WI动态增强的强化曲线类型、早期强化率在鉴别良恶性乳腺肿瘤方面有较高的敏感性,但特异性较差,病灶强化的峰值时间在乳腺肿瘤的良恶性鉴别方面具有较高的敏感性和特异性,可以提高乳腺MR成像诊断的准确性,减少组织穿刺活检率。

病灶区早期改变为宫壁间棉团状强回声光团为浸润灶。形态不规则，有的强光团中的部分呈弱回声为扩张血管回声。宫腔无内容物者，宫壁间散在粗大强反光点。疾病晚期病灶，可见子宫增大、不规则，宫壁有大小不等的不规则弱反射区或暗区为坏死及出血，暗区或孤立或相互沟通，形如“沼泽地”，无明显界限。
