目的：观察混合痔切除术围手术期应用痔血宁合剂的疗效。
补充资料：阴痔
阴痔 阴痔 病名。见《证治准绳·杂病》。《坤宁集》：“凡九窍有肉突出，皆名为痔。妇人阴中突肉，名阴痔。”相当于子宫脱垂、子宫粘膜下肌瘤、宫颈息肉等。有因肝郁湿热下注者，症见阴中有肉突出，兼见阴户流黄水淋漓，治宜解郁清热利湿，用龙胆泻肝汤或丹栀逍遥散；有因脾虚湿浊下注者，兼见阴户流白水，治宜健脾益气，用补中益气汤或归脾汤。局部可用乌头七，煅存性，浓醋熬熏洗。参见子宫脱垂条。
