paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobinuria
    获得性的细胞膜缺陷引起的一种溶血性贫血。主要是细
胞膜上的衰变加速因子(DAF)和同种限制因子(HRF)缺陷,以红细胞更明显,因而对血浆中的补体异常敏感而发生血管内溶血,由于PNH是基因突变引起的干细胞异常,所以白细胞和血小板计数亦可减少。病人于睡眠后第一次尿可呈酱油色,少数病人有血栓形成,化验除有溶血的一般阳性结果外,蔗糖水试验和酸溶血试验阳性可确定诊断  。尚无特效疗法,主要是对症治疗  ,贫血严重者可输生理盐水洗涤的红细胞,若输全血可能会促进溶血。也有骨髓移植治愈PNH的报道。
