Using the DPPH· system,hydroxyl radical system,super oxide system,and oxidation system of linoleic acid induced by alkylradic,sodium hesperidin sulfnoate was studied compared with Vc,respectively.

植物形态：常绿小乔木，枝细长疏生，有长而不甚尖的棘刺。叶互生，倒卵状椭圆形或卵状长椭圆形，长7.5~10厘米，先端短或带钝的渐尖头，基部圆形，边缘有浅波状钝齿，半革质，光滑无毛，有半透明油点；叶柄有宽阔的叶翅，叶柄与叶片之间有缢状痕。花白色，有香气，数朵丛生于叶腋；花萼、花瓣均5片，雄蕊20枚或更多，子房上位，10~12室。柑果球形，两端略扁，直径约7.5厘米，果皮厚而粗糙，淡黄色，味苦，肉瓤10~12枚，熟时空心，瓤肉淡黄色。 生态分布：产我国长江南部。 药用部分：果入药，秋冬采收。 用途：性味苦，温。理气宽胸，提肛消胀；为健胃剂，强壮剂，驱风剂和矫味剂。治感冒，消化不良，咳嗽多痰，子宫脱出，脱肛等症。用量：枳壳2~3钱，枳实1~2钱。
