第三脑室粘液囊肿
颅内肿瘤之一，也称"线状体囊肿"。是少见的颅内肿瘤。这种肿瘤的来源尚不太清楚。脑瘤位于第三脑室的前部上方，呈囊性，囊壁较薄，包膜完整，边界清楚，囊内为黄绿色粘液样物质，不含有胆固醇结晶，可与颅咽管瘤鉴别。肿瘤常阻塞室间孔，引起阻塞性脑积水和颅内压增高，早期呈间歇性，晚期持续性。诊断依靠脑室造影，应做手术切除。
