METHODS: The changes of ethology, neurobiochemistry (true choline esterase, TchE), ultrastructure and gene expression(gene chips) were determined in mice of three groups: SAM-P/8 mice (n=14), SAM-R/1 mice (n=14) and Kunming mice (n=14), which were 6 months old[weight(20±5)g].
方法:取健康(20±5)g6月龄SAM-P/8小鼠、SAM-R/1小鼠和昆明系小鼠各14只,雌雄各半,随机分成:SAM-P/8小鼠(AD疾病模型小鼠)、SAM-R/1小鼠对照组和昆明系小鼠对照组,观察上述3组小鼠行为学、神经生化、超微结构、基因表达情况。

鼠目、鼠科鼠属，可能仅有此1种（见图）。体长圆柱形,一般长16.4～19.6厘米,最大个体长38厘米。头圆锥形。吻的腹面有一小须。眼中等大，全被脂膜覆盖；眼间隔略凸。鼻孔小，口小，下位。两颌、犁骨和腭骨无牙。唇缘有许多须。有假鳃，鳃盖膜与鳃峡相连。头、体被小栉鳞。胸鳍和腹鳍的基部有细长的肉质突起；尾鳍后缘微向内凹。背部淡棕色，腹部白色,各鳍末端灰黑色。分布于太平洋和印度洋,在中国见于东海和南海。鼠肉有毒。食后半小时至 1小时头部发胀，面色苍白，精神萎靡。继之头痛难受眩晕，躺倒不起。但无恶心呕吐现象。
