subarachnoid space
是蛛网膜与软膜之间的腔隙。蛛网膜下腔内充满不断循环着的脑脊液,并有较大的血管走行。蛛网膜下腔在某些地方扩大形成“池”,其中位于小脑与延髓之间者称小脑延髓池,临床上亦可在该处行蛛网膜下腔穿刺术。
