性质:白色片状结晶。熔点38-39℃,沸点258℃,152-154℃(3.47kPa),136℃(1.33kPa),相对密度1.0318(41.1℃),折光率1.5548(25℃)。溶于醇和醚,不溶于水。

制备方法:由茴香醚在无水三氯化铝(或三氯化铁、氯化锌、酸性白土)的条件下,与乙酐(或乙酰氯)经乙酰化反应制得。将茴香醚、乙酐加入反应锅,加氯化锌后缓缓加热至沸腾,保持回流(约140℃),反应4h后减压蒸馏、水洗、精馏而得成品。

用途:该品具有浓郁的山楂香气,是含羞、山楂等香型香精不可缺少的原料。常用于高级化妆品和皂用香精中,在肥皂中有很高的稳定性,亦可作果实食品香精。我国 GB 2760-86规定为允许使用的食用香料,主要用于配制香荚兰豆、果仁、奶油和烟草等型香料。也用于防晒剂和有机合成,生产对甲氧基苯乙酸用作葛根素的中间体,以及液晶单体的生产。
