解剖名。位于精子头部的前端,正面观呈半球形,于精细胞分化成成熟精子时,由高尔基体形成。其内含水解酶如透明质酸酶、 顶体素(一种中性蛋白酶)、放射冠穿透酶及乳酸脱氢酶等。顶体前段在受精过程中精子穿入卵膜时起主要作用,并为精子穿入卵内受精创造条件。
