性质:又称骤冷。在多层固定床绝热反应器中进行放热反应时,在催化剂层间注入冷的原料,与高温的反应物混合,以直接换热的方式降低反应物的温度,称为冷激。反应物通过一层催化剂产生一定的绝热温升后进入下一层前,冷的原料与该反应物充分混合(冷激)后再进入下一层催化剂进行反应,以降低进入下一层催化剂的入口温度。
