方法:首先,在理论上对消化性溃疡脾胃湿热证的形成进行探讨;其次,对108例消化性溃疡进行中医临床流行病学调查研究;第三,临床选择消化性溃疡脾胃湿热证患者119例,随机分为两组,治疗组(65例)给予清热化湿愈疡合剂治疗,对照组(54例)给予奥美治疗,观察两组患者中医证候疗效、溃疡疗效;第四,观察清热化湿愈疡合剂对实验性胃溃疡脾胃湿热证大鼠愈合溃疡的作用,以及对实验性胃溃疡脾胃湿热证大鼠胃黏膜前列腺素E2(PGE2)、血清白细胞介素-8(IL-8)含量的影响。
