性质:(1)双链DNA分子中,碱基序列与转录产物一致者为正链,也称编码链、非模板链;(2)具mRNA功能、进入宿主细胞后可直接作为模板合成病毒蛋白质的单链RNA病毒,称正链RNA病毒或(+)RNA病毒。此类病毒在生长周期中,先以亲代RNA为模板合成RNA指导的RNA聚合酶(RDRP)及病毒外壳蛋白,然后通过RDRP催化合成病毒RNA互补负链,即双链复制型(RF),再以RF的负链为模板合成子代RNA正链;(3)单链DNA病毒。
