| 守一 道教术语。又称抱一。源出于《老子》“载营魄抱一，能无离乎？”道教经典中有多种解释。①一指大道，即自然界变化的规律。人们修持守一之道，就可以长生。②一指人身上的部位。经常修持这些要害之处，精神自来，百病自除。③一指体内纯阳之气，人能保守纯阳一气，使人体精神饱满，身体健康，达到“外全形生以为本宅，则一气冲用与身中泰和和也”。④守一指守持精神意志。道教认为人体形、神相合则生，形神相离则死。人神是由精、气凝聚而成，为了使神不外泄，不散逸，不耗损，必须长养精气，所以“守一者，真真合为一也。人生精神，悉皆俱足，而守之不散，乃至度世。”此外，守一又指驻守在人体之丹田部位的神灵，将魂神观念人格化为身内诸神，神灵主守人身，人才能长存不死。守一法是道教修持诸法术中较重要的一种，特点就是使意念专注于身中某处，收摄思维，与守静、坐忘、内观及佛教的静坐、参禅道理一样。在道教内丹派中，则侧重于守丹田一说。 |
