Objective:To investigate the source of an outbreak of pyrogenic transfusion response happened in the transfusion room of the Out-Patient Department in Guangzhou Childrenns Hospital, possibly caused by Dexamethasone Sodium Phosphate Injection (DSPI) with the batch number of 910820.
目的:调查分析发生在我院门诊补液室的一起罕见的热原性输液反应爆发的成因。

超急性排斥反应
hyperacute rejection
通常在移植物恢复血流后数分钟或数小时内发生,少数可发生在48h内。属一种不可逆性的体液性排斥反应。其主要原因是由于受者具有预先形成的抗供者HLA抗原相应的抗体。病理上表现为移植物小血管纤维素样坏死,大量中性粒细胞浸润和血栓形成,最终导致移植物功能丧失。
