食管导联心电图
将探查电极通过橡皮管送入食道，达到心脏水平时所记录到的心电图。相当于在心房和心室表面的记录。食管导联心电图可以清楚地显示P波，有助于鉴别复杂的心律失常。可确定P波的有无及对后壁心肌梗塞的判断，有一定的辅助诊断价值。在食道调搏检查时，通过食管导联，代替心内心房起搏，可以测定部分电生理检查。
