| 经穴 分布在十二经脉和任、督二脉上的腧穴。又称十四经穴。全身腧穴的主要部分。经穴约有360多个 ，归属于相应的经脉。根据不同的经脉名称，可分为手太阴经穴（11穴）、手阳明经穴（20穴）、足阳明经穴（45穴）、足太阴经穴（21穴）、手少阴经穴（9穴）、手太阳经穴（19穴）、足太阳经穴（67穴）、足少阴经穴（27穴）、手厥阴经穴（9穴）、手少阳经穴（23穴）、足少阳经穴（44穴）、足厥阴经穴（14穴）、任脉穴（24穴）、督脉穴（28穴）。除任脉穴、督脉穴为单穴之外，其余十二经脉上的经穴均为两侧各一，称为双穴。经穴具有一定的主治规律，每个经穴均可治疗其所在部位和相邻部位的疾病和证状。表里两经的经穴可相互治疗对应经脉的病证；手三阴经穴多治胸部病，足三阳经穴可治腹部病，手三阳经穴可治头面、五官病，足三阴经穴可治胸腹、背腰、头面、五官病。 |
