风湿性心脏瓣膜病


风湿性心脏瓣膜病是指风湿热遗留下来的,以心瓣膜病变为主的心脏病。表现瓣膜增厚、纤维化、钙化、瓣叶交界处粘连,导致瓣膜狭窄和/或关闭不全。患风湿性心脏病后风湿活动仍可反复发作,加重心瓣膜损害。心脏病是孕产妇死因的第2位,风湿性心脏病是妊娠并发心脏病中最常见的一种,但近年来随着风湿热得到控制,妊娠并发风湿性心脏瓣膜病有明显减少,尤其城市中更为明显。风湿性心脏瓣膜病以二尖瓣病变最常见,占95%~98%,合并心房颤动、心力衰竭、血栓栓塞、和亚急性细菌性心内膜炎者,危险性大。因此,患风湿性心脏瓣膜病的育龄妇女,妊娠前应到医院进行咨询,决定是否适于妊娠。
