肺泡低通气综合征
又称"皮克韦坎综合征"，"肺泡通气低下一肥胖综合征"，"心性肥胖综合征"，"肥胖呼吸困难嗜睡综合征"。由于极度肥胖，在无心肺疾患的情况下而出现的通气困难的一种综合征。因脂肪堆积体重过大，活动时氧耗量增大，又因肥胖胸壁厚，横膈抬高活动度减退，通气不足及通气／血流失调，导致低氧血症及高碳酸血症。临床上表现为高度肥胖、嗜睡、肌颤、发绀、气短，至并发继发性红细胞增多症，肺动脉高压，慢性肺心病而致心力衰竭。治疗为减轻体重，同时采用对症处理。
