Objective: The aim of this study is to investigate immunocompetence in relation to cancer progression in rat and how this Chinese herbal medicine Qilan Granulates works by observing the changes of some immune factors in Qilan Granulates-administered 4NQO-induced rat tongue carcinogenesis.

材料：白豆蔻2钱，薏仁32克，杏仁5钱。
作法：先将薏仁浸泡1小时，再将杏仁及白豆蔻放入锅中，熬煮至薏仁熟透为止，熄火，可依个人喜好加入少许冰糖。
