一、原料：
1. 主料：鹅肠菜150 克，昆布100 克。
2. 调料：冰糖。
二、制法：
将鹅肠菜、昆布分别去杂洗净，切丝放入铝锅内煮沸25 分钟，加入冰糖
溶化，出锅即成。
按：此饮由鹅肠菜与软坚散结、消肿利水、润下消痰的昆布和润肺生津、
和中益脾的冰糖相配而成。具有软坚散结、清热祛痰的功效。适用于甲状腺
肿、颈淋巴结肿、气管炎、咳嗽、肺结核等病症。亦可作为暑天防暑降温的
饮料。
