排尿时逼尿肌收缩力测定

逼尿肌压力为膀胱内压与腹内压之差。测定时经耻骨上膀胱穿刺或经尿道向膀胱内置入一测压导管,同时向直肠(腹内压)内置入一测压导管,两测压管分别与两个压力传感器相连,排尿时测定膀胱内压及腹内压曲线。两者形态相近,则说明逼尿肌无收缩。正常膀胱内压为4.41~7.85kPa(45~80cmH2O),若排尿时膀胱内压大于9.8kPa(100cmH2O),常提示下尿路梗阻。
