材料:
冬瓜一斤,大眼鱼八两,冲菜一片切小片,姜一片。
制法:
1、冬瓜去皮及瓤,洗净切块。
2、大眼鱼去皮,洗净抹干,煎黄铲起。爆香姜,加水煲滚,下各料滚至冬瓜熟、鱼出味后试味,由于冲菜本身已有咸味,故试味后觉淡才下盐。
