Methods: Four patients with penile loss were reconstructed by transferring a deep inferior epigastric perforator (DIEP) flap with implanting the 12~(th) costal cartilage.
方法：对于各种原因导致的阴茎严重缺损及先天性发育不良的成年男性患者应用腹壁下动脉穿支(DIEP)皮瓣行一期阴茎再造手术并植入第12肋骨作为再造阴茎支撑物，术后随访观察患者阴茎外形，感觉，排尿情况及性功能恢复情况。

围成腹腔的六壁皆称腹壁，腹上壁为膈，下壁为盆隔，后壁为腰骶椎及其两侧的软组织，两侧壁及前壁则由三层阔肌及其浅、深方的软组织构成。腹壁在保护腹内脏器，维持腹压，固定脏器位置和呼吸，咳嗽，呕吐，排便等方面起重要作用。
