Tread upper eyelid skin fiaccidness with eyebrow edge incision;

METHODS: Lateral brow incision combined with intraoral vestibule incision and below cilia incision were applied in 26 patients who had Zingg’s type B and C zygomatic complex fracture,through which the fracture lines around the forehead and zygomatic suture, sphenozygomatic suture, suborbital edge, zygomatic maxillary suture, zygomatic temporal suture, zygoma alveolar column were exposed.
