肺消 病名。 ①阳虚肺寒所致的多饮多溲病证。《素问·气厥论》：“心移寒于肺，肺消。肺消者饮一溲二，死不治。” ②因心火刑肺，肺燥津耗所致消渴病。证见口渴多饮，气喘痰嗽，面红虚浮，口舌腐烂，咽喉肿痛等。《辨证录·消渴门》：“消渴之病，有气喘痰嗽，面红虚浮，口舌腐烂，咽喉肿痛，得水则解，每日饮水约得一斗，人以为上消之病也，谁知是肺消之症乎。”治宜清心润肺，用清上止消丹、二冬苓车汤。参见消渴、上消条。
