≮美食原料≯
豆腐皮75克，猪腰150克，口蘑25克，冬笋25克，熟猪油10克，味精1.5克，料酒10克，盐2.5克，胡椒粉2.5克，酱油15克，葱段15克，姜片2克，鲜汤适量。
≮美食做法≯
1、将豆腐皮润回软，撕成大片；猪腰去掉外皮，一切两半，片去腰臊，再改刀切成大薄片，放入碗内，下入葱段、姜片，料酒拌匀，再加入适量清水泡上；冬笋剥皮，洗净，切成薄片；口蘑用温水泡软，切成片，碗内原汤过滤澄清后，将口蘑片放回，继续浸泡。
2、锅架旺火上，加入泡口蘑汤和鲜汤烧开，再放入胡椒粉、盐、酱油烧开，然后把腰片连同葱段、姜片和汁一起倒入，用手久搅动，氽熟，捞出葱、姜，待用。
3、原锅架火上烧开，撇去浮沫，使汤色澄清后，将腐皮、口蘑片、笋片下入，烧开氽熟，放入味精，调好口味，淋入熟猪油，盛入汤碗内，最后把腰片撒在汤碗中即可食用。
