Methods:Seventy-two patients with sympathetic cervical spondylopathy were selected and were randomly assigned into a treatment group (n=36 cases),given pinggan xifeng decoction (PFXFD),massage and psychological support therapy ,and a control group (n=36 cases), administered Flunarizine and Oryzanol Tablets.
结论:平肝熄风汤配合推拿、心理支持疗法治疗交感神经型颈椎病,其疗效明显优于对照组,是一种有效的综合治疗方案,值得临床推广。

为石蒜科植物葱莲的全草。
【植物形态】
葱莲，又名：玉帘。 多年生草本。鳞茎灰黄色，内层白色含粘液，直径约2.5厘米，并有明显的颈。叶数枚，线形，长30厘米左右，光滑，叶面有槽。花单生司：花茎上，白色，外面常染淡红色晕；花柄包藏于佛焰苞内；花被直立，漏斗状，近喉部常有微小鳞片，裂片钝或短尖；雄蕊6，比花被短，3长，3短；子房下位，每室有胚珠多颗，花柱线形，稍长于雄蕊，柱头微3裂。蒴果近球形，3室裂。种子黑色，近扁平。花期夏、秋。 常为盆栽。分布广东。福建等地。

全年可采，多鲜用。
【化学成分】
全草含石蒜碱、多花水仙碱、网球花定碱、尼润碱等生物碱。花瓣中含芸香甙。
【性味】
甘，平。
【功用主治】
平肝熄风。治小儿急惊风，羊痫风。
【选方】
①治小儿急惊风：鲜肝风草三至四钱。水煎调冰糖服；另用鲜肝风草三至四钱，食盐一至二钱。同捣烂，分为二丸，贴于左右太阳穴，外用纱布覆盖固定。 ②治小儿癫痫：鲜肝风草三钱。水煎，调冰糖服。(性味以下出《福建中草药》)
