目的 建立Wistar大鼠去卵巢后实验性自身免疫性脑脊髓炎(experimental autoimmuneencephalomyelitis,EAE)动物模型,观察雌二醇(estradiol,E_2)对EAE的治疗效果,及其对EAE中枢神经系统炎症浸润细胞凋亡及凋亡相关蛋白Bcl-2、Bax的影响,为临床应用E_2治疗多发性硬化(mltiple sclerosis,MS)提供实验依据。
