睾丸支持细胞-间质细胞瘤
又称“男性母细胞瘤”、“睾丸腺瘤”。由幼稚睾丸基质所发生的肿瘤。小儿有性早熟现象,肿大的睾丸有肿块。尿17-酮类固醇、促性腺激素及雌激素皆正常,但孕二醇及促黄体激素增高。肿瘤限于睾丸内,瘤质均匀,黄色。瘤细胞大小不等,呈圆形或不规则,排列成片状、索状或乳头状。手术治疗,预后良好。
