生理名。指始基卵泡开始发育至 卵泡中出现卵丘时的卵泡。临近青春期及绝经前,有的始基卵泡内的卵母细胞增大,其周围 的细胞增生成复层,位于细胞表面的FSH受体增多,还分泌一种粘多糖,在卵母细胞周围形 成一透明带,同时在促卵泡素的作用下,卵泡周围的间质细胞分化成内外二层卵泡膜细胞, 雌激素和促卵泡素协同作用使卵泡膜细胞和颗粒细胞膜L合成LH受体。卵泡膜细胞分泌雄激 素和经颗粒细胞内芳香化酶在促卵泡激素的作用下活化后和颗粒细胞协同产生雌激素,这些 激素和血循环中渗出的液体以及其他蛋白质、肽类激素等物质积聚于卵泡细胞的间隙中形成 卵泡液。随着卵泡液的增多,卵母细胞及其周围的卵丘被推向一侧,此际称之为生长卵泡或 发育卵泡。
