Methods: 60 cases were randomly divided into treatment group(Jiakangfang oral administration with Jiakangping plasterting once a day less than 10 hours)and control group(propylthiouracil 300~600 mg a day by three to four times accordingly) by 30 cases in each group.
治疗组内服甲亢方,同时用甲亢平膏外敷甲状腺,每日1次,每次使用不超过10h;对照组口服丙基硫氧嘧啶,每日用量300～600mg,分3～4次服用,根据病情可逐渐递减药量。

Methods The 60 patients with the disease were randomly divided into treatment group,taking orally Jiakang-fang with plasterting Jiakangping plaster on thyroid,1 time per day in 10 hours,and control group,taking orally Propylthiouracil,total 300~600 mg per day,divided into 3 or 4 times.
方法将60例甲亢患者随机分为中药内外合治组(甲亢方内服+甲亢平膏外敷,治疗组)和西药对照组(丙基硫氧嘧啶,对照组),每组30例。

多结节性甲状腺肿伴甲亢
又称"毒性多结节性甲状腺肿"、"Plummer病"，"结节性甲状腺功能亢进症"。为甲状腺功能亢进的一种类型。多见于老年人，病因不明。常有多年单纯性甲状腺肿历史，一般在40～50岁以上才出现甲亢症状。症状较轻，突眼罕见，但某一器官，尤其是心血管系统可以有突出的症状，以心律失常多见。甲状腺局部呈多个结节肿大。治疗为手术、药物。
