Methods①Divide the 12 rats detected noxious stimulation responding neuron(NSRN) by microelectrode into 2 groups, 6 animals each.
实验研究分两部分: ①可乐定对躯体痛抗伤害作用的研究采用微电极细胞外记录大鼠丘脑束旁核痛敏神经元(或者称为伤害性刺激反应神经元,noxious stimulation responding neuron,NSRN)放电,并以此为观察指标。
