为探讨石斛合剂及其各组分对 α-葡萄糖苷酶活力的抑制作用 ,采用建立酶 -抑制剂模型的方法测定α-葡萄糖苷酶活性 ,研究降糖中药石斛合剂及其各组分水提物对 α-葡萄糖苷酶活力的影响 ,结果显示石斛合剂及其各组分对 α-葡萄糖苷酶有不同程度的抑制作用 ,说明石斛合剂的降糖机制中可能含有类拜糖平的作用。
