又称"Ca++通道"，与细胞膜对ca++的通透性有关。由于它的激活和失活速度很慢，故名。即使是在激活状态下，它的通透性也不高。此外，它不但对ca++有通透性，同时也允许Na+通过；因此心肌动作电位的平台期并不是单纯由钙，而是由钙和钠两种离子负载的结果。
