补充资料:透明带部分解剖
透明带部分解剖
应用于少精、弱精症患者,方法有利于卵子受精。在倒置显微镜下,将卵子固定后用透明质酸酶,或机械方法对透明带钻孔。裂口形成后将卵子放培养皿内,加入精子使精子自行进入。钻孔时注意不损伤卵子;可先用透明质酸酶使周围卵丘细胞散开,并用含0.1M蔗糖的Earle’s培养液使卵细胞缩小,以避免操作时损害卵细胞。本技术又称透明带钻孔。
