epicanthus
内眦部皮肤由鼻侧向外扩展，形成遮蔽于内眦角前方的一片呈垂直或斜向分布的蹼状皮肤皱襞。不仅影响外形美观，而且阻挡部分视野。多见于东方人群，可分先天性和后天性两类。先天性有遗传倾向，多为双侧，随年龄的增长赘皮畸形常得到改善，甚至消失，因此应在发育成熟以后才考虑手术。后天性多由外伤引起，单侧多见，应待瘢痕软化后进行手术，多采用“Z”改形术进行矫正。
