放射治疗增敏剂
一些抗癌药物具有放疗增敏作用,如羟基脲DDP,5FU等与放疗同时应用,可使Ⅱb期宫颈癌的生存率明显改善,顺铂(DDP)及丝裂霉素(MMC)作为放疗增敏剂,对含有乏氧细胞的巨大肿瘤亦显示出明显效果。5FU及PDD作为放疗增敏剂与体外放疗同期进行对晚期外阴癌的治疗效果优于传统的手术治疗。
